Festival Coordinator, Individual Giving (Seasonal role)

Employment Dates: Monday, September 11, 2019 through Friday, February 14, 2020

Pay rate: $15.75 per hour


Considerations: This position works full time in our Park City, UT office and will be required to work extended hours, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays during key points.

Position General Summary: Tracks and processes Sundance Film Festival tickets, passes, and credentials for Sundance Circle members and major donors.

Essential Job Functions and Duties:

  • Tracks Sundance Circle and and major donor ticket, pass, and package orders.
  • Reviews donor ticket orders, package fulfillment, and event RSVPs and flags for appropriate donor lead when information is missing or incomplete.
  • Partners with Individual Giving Coordinator, UT to manage the Sundance Circle email account.
  • Sends correct and easy-to-read ticket order confirmations to donors in a timely fashion, looping in the appropriate donor lead as needed.
  • Ensures all donor orders are accurately fulfilled and prepped in advance of 2020 Sundance Film Festival.
  • Organizes passes, tickets, and credential by donor in advance of full IG team arrival in PC.
  • Updates and maintains donor profiles within ticketing system.
  • Alongside Coordinator, UT, serves as liaison with Ticketing and Pass and Package offices to ensure deadlines and fulfillment needs are met
  • Provides support for Sundance Circle Office during Festival; acting as a lead liaison to ticket and pass and package office and interfacing directly with donors
  • Provides weekly report to IG team on the status of benefit fulfillment.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a box office, non-profit development department or related.
  • Working knowledge of databases along with proficiency in Microsoft and Google Products.
  • Experience with CRM and ticketing systems
  • Outstanding communication skills, telephone, written and interpersonal skills required to work effectively with a wide variety of people.
  • Excellent organizational skills including self-management of work schedule the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to maintain confidential information.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends around events and key deadlines and events.

Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment.
